At spurSol, you support the production divisions (rankings, monthly reports, dashboard monitoring, environmental monitoring, security monitoring, etc.). Also, in compliance with the travel and representation policy, you plan meetings and events for the department or customers.
By updating the dashboards, you take part in the monitoring of indicators related to QSE certifications.
You are responsible for overseeing shipments of garbage (recovery channels). At the salesmen’s request, you arrange the factory visit accompaniments. Also, you put scrap orders and make sure there is follow-up.
Requirements
- Search for candidates with agencies,
- Verification of contracts and invoices before signing,
- Follow-up and update of the table of temporary workers,
- Sending of the time sheet to the agencies after verification (the 1st day of the month) and sending of the various elements to accounting, HR, and the Security Department,
- Use of ADP for the clocking of Production Operators and temporary workers.
- Organization of staff medical visits.
