Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear solutions based on their needs and preferences
- Conducting eye tests and providing professional recommendations to customers
- Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
- Handling cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing follow-up care and support to customers after their purchase
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the eyewear or optometry industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
