Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear solutions based on their needs and preferences
• Conducting eye tests and providing professional recommendations to customers
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times
• Handling cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Providing follow-up care and support to customers after their purchase
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the eyewear or optometry industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
