A fantastic opportunity for a highly organized Marketing Assistant & Event Coordinator to join their talented and diverse Marketing team is now available.
The main function of this role is to support the delivery of high-quality dental education courses, exhibitions, events, and meetings throughout New Zealand. Also, it involves a mix of administration, hands-on organization, and business support to provide the successful candidate with variety, challenge, and responsibility.
Responsibilities
They are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a proactive nature who prides themselves on their organization skills, great attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
Previous administration and event management experience are essential. However, we are after the right fit for our team. They are, therefore, open to applicants who may be entering the workforce with a desire to begin their career in event management or re-entering the workforce with the right attitude and ability to learn, as full training for this role will be provided.
