Job Description

  • Office organization
  • Use of software (ERP)
  • Warehouse management (Inventories-Receipts)
  • Interaction with suppliers-customers-partners
  • Issuance of invoices
  • Payments – Control of bank transactions
  • Entry of financial transactions and documents
  • Control of payroll statements
  • Agreements for unpaid invoices
  • Control of expenses
  • Reservations of a ferry – air tickets
  • Entry of income – expenses
  • Accounting entries

Job Requirements

  • University – Degree (preferably in accounting or financial field)Practical experience in ERP and MS OFFICE software
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Organizational skills
  • Developed communication skills

Any additional certifications – postgraduate studies or work experience in the assistant accountant & back office position- will be considered as additional qualifications.
