They are seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join our team at an exciting time for the Individual Giving department. As an Individual Giving Officer, you will play a key role in our ambitious plans to grow our Acquisition program by developing new fundraising products and propositions and trialing new techniques. Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage acquisition campaigns that recruit new regular givers to our core Child Sponsorship program and other initiatives. You will become a key member of the innovative New Product Development workstream. Also, contributing to developing new fundraising products and propositions. You will work closely with other teams, including Digital, Data, and Creative, to ensure that campaigns are well-coordinated and optimized.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in Individual Giving or Direct Marketing. Strong project management skills and a passion for innovation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fundraising product development, proposition development, and testing would be advantageous.
