Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily administrative operations of the company
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage office services, such as reception, mail, and janitorial services
• Coordinate and manage meetings, conferences, and special events
• Manage the recruitment and hiring process for administrative staff
• Develop and manage budgets and expenses for administrative functions
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college in Business Administration or a related field
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to administrative operations
