Salary: 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Handles requests for travel information received by telephone, email, or online
- Schedules itinerary by identifying, booking, and confirming route, carriers, lodging, and ground services
- Clarifies travel preferences by determining travel dates, mode of transportation, and destination
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as necessary
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate travel environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel arranging
- Strong attention to detail, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of computer reservation system (Apollo or Galileo preferred)
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work unrestricted in the USA
