Job Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum qualification).
- At least 2 years of professional experience in civil or site engineering (preferably within New Zealand).
- Solid knowledge of New Zealand construction codes and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior experience with Three Waters and drainage systems is highly desirable.
- Must be currently residing in New Zealand (open only to local candidates).
Responsibilities
As a Civil Site Engineer, your day-to-day duties will include the following:
- Overseeing on-site construction activities and ensuring all operations align with technical drawings and project specifications.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are maintained.
- Maintaining consistent communication with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conducting routine site inspections to enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Offering technical support to project engineers and site supervisors throughout all project stages.
