Salary: 54.70 hourly for 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly and transparently.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Lead project meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
• Manage client relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied with project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development project management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience managing client relationships and working in a client-facing role
• Familiarity with project management tools and software such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
