As a Construction Labourer with UBILD, you will play a critical role in assisting with various construction tasks that ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with supervisors and tradespeople, gaining valuable on-the-job experience and contributing to the success of our projects across the GTA.

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in general construction work is preferred, including the use of hand and power tools.
- Must have the physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and willingness to adhere to all site guidelines.
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to various job sites across the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup, preparation, and cleanup of job sites.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Support skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction-related tasks.
- Perform measurements and layout tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
