Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring food quality, and managing inventory and expenses.
- Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services being sold.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluate daily operations.
