Vyadom Inc, leading home goods and decor provider, seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Store Supervisor to join their team. The Retail Store Supervisor will lead and manage a team of retail associates, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.

Salary: 22.10 hourly for 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Led and motivated a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Train and develop retail associates to ensure exceptional customer service
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and promote customer loyalty
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure proper product placement and inventory levels
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management for continuous improvement of the retail store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or a related field, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
