Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Responsibilities
- Manage a full-cycle (360°) recruitment desk focused on architecture and interior design roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify hiring needs, conduct interviews, and place professionals in appropriate roles.
- Provide tailored career advice and consultative solutions.
- Work closely with the team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.
- Represent Grada as a trusted recruitment partner in the architecture & interior market.
