Job Requirements
To qualify for the Finance Supervisor role, candidates must have:
- A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5 to 6 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, auditing, and cost control
- Experience preparing financial statements and managing AR/AP functions
Responsibilities
As a Finance Supervisor, your key duties will include:
- Performing income audits to ensure accurate revenue reporting
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Overseeing cost control to ensure financial efficiency
- Handling payroll operations in line with company policies and labor laws
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial closings
