- The legal right to work in New Zealand
- Willingness to undergo a Ministry of Justice police check

As a Family Store Assistant, your key duties include:
- Greeting and serving customers and donors with warmth and professionalism
- Receiving, sorting, pricing, and merchandising donated goods
- Handling sales and cash with accuracy, including end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintaining a tidy, well-stocked, and inviting store environment
- Adhering to store policies, health and safety rules, and audit controls
- Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting daily store operations
