Job Summary

Salary: $2,981 monthly / 32 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Requirements
- Have completed secondary school (or equivalent experience)
- Bring 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail setting
- Be eligible to work in Canada (citizen, resident, or valid work permit)
- Be able to manage changing shifts and schedules
- Communicate effectively and lead by example
- Be detail-focused, organized, and approachable
Responsibilities
- Assigning duties and supporting retail team members
- Hiring, onboarding, and training staff
- Overseeing inventory control and ordering merchandise
- Authorizing returns and handling customer concerns
- Preparing reports on sales, stock, and staffing
- Creating and maintaining staff schedules
- Supervising a team of 3–4 workers, including cashiers and sales clerks
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor merchandise displays and restocking needs
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Provide hands-on leadership during busy hours
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed
