Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when addressing guest needs
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and converting leads
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies in alignment with Accor’s principles and hotel business objectives.
- Manage and implement sales activities to maximize occupancy and revenue from the leisure segment.
- Communicate sales promotions and ensure relevant departments are informed.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key and prospective accounts.
- Plan and conduct effective sales trips within designated territories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Draft and manage corporate contracts in line with pricing strategies and market trends.
- Work closely with the Banquet and Reservation teams to convert leads and secure bookings.
