Job Requirements for This Sales Supervisor Position

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has completed high school (or has equivalent experience)
  • Brings at least 7 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Is eligible to work in Canada (citizen, resident, or valid work permit)
  • Can work various shifts — days, evenings, weekends, and overnight if needed
  • Communicates clearly and works well under pressure
  • Is organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a small team

Responsibilities for This Sales Supervisor Position

You’ll be helping with:

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks to staff
  • Supporting hiring and training processes
  • Managing inventory and ordering stock
  • Assisting customers and handling returns or concerns
  • Preparing reports on sales, stock, and staffing
  • Supervising 3–4 cashiers or sales clerks
