Job Requirements

To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you should have:

• Proven leadership experience in a retail environment
  
• A strong background in sales and customer engagement
  
• Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes, including invoicing and order tracking
  
• Passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
  
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team development skills
  
• Confidence in handling administrative tasks and meeting performance goals
  
• Prior experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or team leader in a customer-facing retail setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full sales cycle—from customer interaction to payment and delivery coordination
