Job Requirements for Housekeeping Supervisor Position
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have at least five years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- Possesses effective leadership and team supervision skills
- Be fluent in English with strong communication abilities
- Demonstrate attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Be reliable, professional, and service-oriented
- Be able to manage teams and delegate tasks efficiently
- Have the right to work in the UAE or valid sponsorship/work authorization
Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Supervisor Position
In this role, your duties will include:
- Assisting the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper with daily operations
- Assigning and supervising housekeeping team duties and schedules
- Conducting inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards
- Coaching and mentoring team members for performance and development
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and supplies
- Address guest feedback and resolve cleanliness-related issues
