Requirements for Sales Supervisor Position

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 2 years of related retail supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a small team effectively
• Organizational skills for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
• Own a cellular phone for work purposes

Key Responsibilities for Sales Supervisor Position

• Assign tasks and duties to sales staff
• Authorize and process merchandise returns
• Engage in direct sales to customers when required
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and staffing
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and monitor stock levels to ensure efficient inventory management. Supervise and coordinate a team of 3–4 retail sales associates
