Salary: 26.67 hourly for 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train retail store staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary products to maintain stock levels.
- Perform cash handling duties, including opening and closing the store, reconciling cash drawers, and preparing daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report incidents to the appropriate channels.
- Maintained a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and product displays.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
