Job Requirements

Responsibilities
As the Restaurant Manager, your key duties will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and pizzeria
- Managing food and beverage service to ensure a top-tier guest experience
- Supervising and motivating front-of-house staff
- Handling administrative tasks, including ordering, rosters, and stock control
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaising with the kitchen and other departments to maintain high service standards
- Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues quickly and professionally
