Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lounge-based hospitality role
  
• A natural leader with strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Holds a General Manager’s Certificate (Liquor Service)
  
• Physically fit and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
  
• Able to obtain AVSEC clearance
  
• Must be available to work on weekends
  
• Flexible, proactive, and committed to premium hospitality

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Emirates Lounge
  
• Oversee food and beverage service, including alcohol and special dietary needs.
  
• Deliver excellent customer service that reflects Emirates’ luxury standards
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic lounge environment
  
• Assist with team rostering, stock control, and training
  
• Lead and motivate your team to ensure a seamless guest experience
