Job Requirements
- A trade qualification in mechanical, HVAC, or a related engineering discipline; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in HVAC system maintenance, ideally in a hotel or large commercial building setting.
- Hands-on experience with general hotel maintenance, including plumbing, electrical systems, and structural repairs.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, particularly with building systems.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities
As part of the hotel’s maintenance team, your key duties will include:
- Monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the hotel’s HVAC systems and mechanical assets.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to heating, cooling, ventilation, and airflow efficiency.
- Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime and optimize performance.
- Performing general repairs throughout the property as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and structural fixes.
- Liaising with external contractors and ensuring all work meets quality and safety regulations.
