As a Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—managing arrivals and departures, handling requests, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and maintaining an inviting, stylish front desk area.
You’ll collaborate with various departments to provide smooth operations and deliver memorable guest interactions.

Job Requirements
- A friendly, confident attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Willingness to learn—prior hotel experience is a plus, not a must
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
- Comfort with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
- Experience using Micros Fidelio Opera (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility and creativity when solving problems or responding to guests needs
- Must be a team player who brings enthusiasm, optimism, and authenticity to the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Process guest requests and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle billing, credit, and financial transactions.
- Monitor data accuracy across systems and provide daily reports.
- Complete night reception tasks as required
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain guest and property security
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues
- Ensure cleanliness and order at the front desk and public areas
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to enhance guest satisfaction
