Salary: $29.00 per hour / 40 to 60 hours per week

Job Requirements for Farm Supervisor Position

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work on-site in a rural environment
• Legal right to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or valid work permit holders only)
• Comfortable working long hours and managing a team in a fast-paced farm setting

Responsibilities for Farm Supervisor Position

• Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and seasonal laborers.
• Supervise and oversee crop growing, harvesting, and field operations
• Train staff on safety protocols, job duties, and equipment handling
• Schedule daily and seasonal tasks to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain and repair farm machinery, buildings, and tools
• Develop maintenance programs and safety procedures
• Perform general farm duties as needed

Other Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as necessary
• Assist with implementing sustainable farming practices
• Maintain strong communication with farm owners and management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity standards
