Salary: $29.00 per hour / 40 to 60 hours per week

Job Requirements for Farm Supervisor Position
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to work on-site in a rural environment
- Legal right to work in Canada (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or valid work permit holders only)
- Comfortable working long hours and managing a team in a fast-paced farm setting
Responsibilities for Farm Supervisor Position
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and seasonal laborers.
- Supervise and oversee crop growing, harvesting, and field operations
- Train staff on safety protocols, job duties, and equipment handling
- Schedule daily and seasonal tasks to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain and repair farm machinery, buildings, and tools
- Develop maintenance programs and safety procedures
- Perform general farm duties as needed
Other Responsibilities
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as necessary
- Assist with implementing sustainable farming practices
- Maintain strong communication with farm owners and management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity standards
