Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess:

- Previous experience in B2C sales across any industry (housing industry experience is a plus)
- Willingness to work weekends (5–6 days per week)
- The ability to follow up on leads, make sales calls, and host customers in the showroom
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and pride in personal presentation
- A no-excuses mindset and commitment to long-term success in a performance-driven role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of HouseMe at the new Cromwell Show Home site
- Convert inbound leads into signed contracts.
- Manage customer relationships and maintain ongoing communication.
- Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service and sales presentations.
- Host clients at the showroom and provide housing solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain performance standards and uphold the HouseMe brand in the region.
- Collaborate with the Auckland-based HQ and receive regular coaching from the GM – Sales.
