Job Requirements

Responsibilities
As Dairy Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Farm Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
- Leading toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with farm and safety standards.
- Assisting with business and financial planning.
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
- Maintaining high standards of animal care and farm presentation.
- Managing pasture and feed to meet production goals.
