Working with customers in this position entails answering inbound calls and outbound calls occasionally, responding to emails, coordinating with the engineering team to set up next steps support, and logging and updating customer visits and work that has been completed.

Key Task and Responsibility

  • To consistently deliver an outstanding level of customer service
  • To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Taking details of inquiries & complaints
  • Processing orders and taking payments
  • Escalate any issues or complaints to your team manager where necessary
  • To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business
