Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping or Laundry operations (preferred)

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
  • Monitoring uniform and linen inventory and reporting any discrepancies
  • Managing the release and control of master keys and laundry documents
  • Responding to guest requests promptly and ensuring their preferences are met
  • Coordinating special services such as floral arrangements or embroidered linens
  • Managing guest clothing delivery for those using laundry services
  • Assisting with daily room readiness, especially for VIP or early-arrival guests

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct Lost & Found checks and monthly donation coordination
  • Replace laundry staff during holidays or absences
  • Participate in monthly laundry expense tracking and reporting
  • Liaise with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth housekeeping operations
  • Uphold Hilton’s high standards of service, hygiene, and guest comfort
