Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in Housekeeping or Laundry operations (preferred)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to plan, organize, and work efficiently within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Legal eligibility to work in the UAE
Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness across rooms and public areas
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
- Monitoring uniform and linen inventory and reporting any discrepancies
- Managing the release and control of master keys and laundry documents
- Responding to guest requests promptly and ensuring their preferences are met
- Coordinating special services such as floral arrangements or embroidered linens
- Managing guest clothing delivery for those using laundry services
- Assisting with daily room readiness, especially for VIP or early-arrival guests
Other Responsibilities
- Conduct Lost & Found checks and monthly donation coordination
- Replace laundry staff during holidays or absences
- Participate in monthly laundry expense tracking and reporting
- Liaise with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth housekeeping operations
- Uphold Hilton’s high standards of service, hygiene, and guest comfort
