Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Responsibilities
As a Commis I at Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, your key duties will include:
- Assisting the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place preparation.
- Following assigned recipes and specifications regarding portion size and quality.
- Completing daily checklists for food preparation and storage.
- Managing kitchen requisitions, stock rotation, and food transfers under supervision.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
- Participating in daily team briefings and updating the next shift with relevant information.
