As a Vineyard Operator, you will play a critical role in all aspects of vineyard management, from machinery operation and spray application to irrigation, seasonal maintenance, and harvest support. You’ll be directly involved in the day-to-day operations that ensure the health and productivity of the vineyards—helping to grow grapes of the highest quality that meet Delegat’s exacting standards.

Job Requirements for Vineyard Operators Position
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in viticulture
- Viticulture or horticulture qualifications (preferred, not required)
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
Responsibilities for Vineyard Operators Position
- Operate tractors and vineyard machinery
- Conduct spray applications safely and efficiently
- Perform irrigation operations and maintenance
- Carry out hands-on vineyard maintenance and seasonal tasks
