Job Requirements

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound telemarketing, lead generation, or sales
  
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
  
• Highly motivated, with the ability to meet performance targets independently
  
• Adaptability to changing campaigns and client needs
  
• Excellent time management and the ability to make 150+ outbound calls per day
  
• Must hold New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa

Responsibilities

As a Telemarketer, your key tasks include:

• Making high-volume cold calls to generate leads and set appointments for IT clients
  
• Qualifying prospects and identifying potential customers
  
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  
• Staying informed about clients’ IT offerings, such as cloud services, security, hardware, and infrastructure
  
• Consistently hitting daily KPIs in call volume and lead conversion
