We seek some great people to join our team as NZ’s fastest-growing outdoor adventure retailer with 24 outlets.
As one of our enthusiastic in-store sales agents, we want you to exceed customer service expectations. We offer fantastic products and know that our consumers buy from us because we also provide excellent service.
In this capacity, you will approach our consumers proactively and use your excellent communication skills to establish rapport. It’s about being able to talk to customers about the gear we sell while still providing excellent service.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have the following;
- An outgoing personality and strong communication ability
- experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
- knowledge of outdoor products
- a customer-centric attitude and the desire to deliver a memorable experience
- the ability to work as part of a team
