Job Title: Human resources management consultant

Location: Windsor, ON

Job Type: Term or contract (ending: 2026-07-31)Full time

Salary: 20.00 hourly for 30 hours per week

Responsibilities: 

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. 

• Also, Conduct comprehensive HR assessments and audits, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address identified issues.

• Develop and deliver customized training programs on HR best practices, compliance, and employee development. 

• Also, Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures compliant with local and federal laws and regulations.

• Partner with clients to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top talent. 

• Also, Conduct job analyses and evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits. 

• Furthermore, you must serve as a subject matter expert and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in HR management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR consultant or in a related role.

• Also, you must be Expertise in HR management, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. 

• Also, Knowledge of local and federal laws and regulations related to HR management. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive HR assessments and audits. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Professional certification in HR management, such as SHRM or HRCI, is preferred.
