This private residence club, created through a partnership between Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Ghirardelli Square, offers 53 luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations.
As part of the housekeeping team, the Houseperson plays a key role in delivering a premium hospitality experience through consistent service, attention to cleanliness, and responsiveness to guest needs.

Job Requirements
To qualify for the Houseperson role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Physically capable of frequent standing, walking, pushing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and occasional climbing or kneeling.
- Must be highly reliable and responsible.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and present valid documentation within three days of hire.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, patios, offices, and storage rooms.
- Assist with furniture movement, light maintenance, and minor guest residence issues such as plumbing or appliance concerns.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
- Handle housekeeping inventory and supply restocking for residential attendants.
- Support housekeeping services by delivering guest requests and anticipating their needs.
- Uphold company safety standards and follow emergency procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and help ensure positive resolution.
- Perform other housekeeping-related tasks as assigned.
