Job Requirements

To qualify for the Houseperson role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Physically capable of frequent standing, walking, pushing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and occasional climbing or kneeling.
  • Must be highly reliable and responsible.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and present valid documentation within three days of hire.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Maintain cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas, including lobbies, lounges, restrooms, patios, offices, and storage rooms.
  • Assist with furniture movement, light maintenance, and minor guest residence issues such as plumbing or appliance concerns.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.
  • Handle housekeeping inventory and supply restocking for residential attendants.
  • Support housekeeping services by delivering guest requests and anticipating their needs.
  • Uphold company safety standards and follow emergency procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and help ensure positive resolution.
  • Perform other housekeeping-related tasks as assigned.
