GTFS, a leading hospitality and travel company, is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee their housekeeping operations at various properties. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas and managing a team of housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily.
• He/ she must Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping colleagues to adhere to our high cleanliness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure adequate cleaning supplies are available.
• Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues, such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.
• Checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs and routine maintenance work.
• Managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.

 Qualifications
