Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Responsibilities
As a Greenhouse Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Operating agricultural equipment such as tractors and harvesters
- Applying fertilisers, pesticides, and irrigation with precision
- Maintaining accurate harvest and production records
- Ensuring machinery is in top working condition and quickly resolving technical issues
- Collaborating closely with farm managers, processing teams, and other team members
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing better farming or operational practices
