- Help create and put in place protocols for farm safety and bio-security.
- Keep track of financial and production documentation.
- Implement pasture or pen breeding programs.
- Manage and oversee the tasks of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Create work schedules and establish procedures for tasks.
- Keep records of livestock performance.
- Maintain records of quality control and production.
- Supervise breeding and other livestock-related programs.
- Supervise growing and other crop-related operations.
- Document work activities in logs and records.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
- Perform various general farm duties.
