Job Requirements for Construction Worker Position
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- No formal education required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

- Flexibility to work in various weather and site conditions
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of tools and equipment
- Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Assist with framing, wall erection, and roof construction
- Participate in demolition activities and salvage material cleanup
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
- Remove rubble, debris, and contaminants from job sites
- Operate or assist with construction machinery and equipment
- Direct traffic and ensure safe passage around work zones
