Responsibilities:
As a child care live-in caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Assuming full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
- Performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Shopping for food and household supplies.
- Washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens.
- Bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
- Disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
- Keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals.
- Supervising and caring for children.
- Taking children to and from school and to appointments.
Experience and Specialization:
- Supervising and caring for a multi-aged group of children.
