Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in construction or related work is preferred, but not required—training will be provided for enthusiastic, entry-level candidates.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions and near open excavations.
- Familiarity with construction safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Basic understanding of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
- Skidsteer or forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day tasks at construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and general site maintenance.
- Support tradespeople with manual labor tasks as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient and safe work execution.
- Comply with all safety protocols and ensure work is performed under site regulations.
- Operate tools and machinery as directed (training provided where necessary).
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
