At Emirates Bio Farms, bakers will create fresh bread and pastries daily as part of our farm-to-table offerings. They will be in the order of our onsite brick oven and convection oven. The candidate must assist kitchen staff in preparing menus for events and the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare all baked goods required for the daily menu
- Support kitchen in the execution of event menus
- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace.
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a professional cooking setting
- Commitment to personal health and passion for cooking, nutrition, and sustainability.
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
- Friendliness, approachability, and enthusiasm for working with other people.
