Job Summary

Location: Unit 110-5615 Teskey Way, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0K5
Salary: $23.00 per hour / 40 hours per week
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A secondary school diploma (or equivalent)
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A reliable and adaptable work ethic
- The ability to organize and manage people and inventory
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
As a key team leader, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Assigning daily tasks to retail staff
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Handling product returns and customer service issues
- Creating and maintaining staff schedules
- Supporting staff development through guidance and supervision
- Generating reports on sales, performance, and personnel
- Overseeing customer transactions and store cleanliness
Other Responsibilities
- Foster a respectful, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure product displays are fresh, stocked, and appealing
- Handle minor issues before they escalate
- Collaborate with management to improve store operations
