Nofence is a Norwegian start-up that has created the world’s first virtual livestock fencing solution. Our company is expanding internationally, and we are looking for a new Internal Sales Associate in Telford, UK.

About the Role

Your task will be to contact potential and current customers. We do not currently engage in outreach sales or cold calling. Inquiries and follow-up calls are used for all outbound calls. Also, they strive to provide excellent customer service, or as we say in Norwegian, a “kjle good” customer experience. This necessitates that we understand the customer’s requirements and can guide them through the best way to use our product. We will provide comprehensive training in our product, but prior experience working with farmers would be highly advantageous.

Main responsibilities

  • Follow up sales inquiries through phone and web forms.
  • Responding to queries and sending quotes.
  • Host online meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Manage your own CRM workspace.
  • Participation in relevant events.
  • Also, visit key customers when required.
  • Sales analysis.
  • Work alongside our customer success team.

Requirements

  • Experience working in sales.
  • Relevant experience or education in agriculture is preferred but optional.
