Stepin Family Farm is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Farm Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in the field. They will be responsible for handling the animals, monitoring their health, and keeping financial and production records. The supervisor will also need to coordinate and supervise the work of other farm workers, ensure farm safety, and operate farm machinery. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. A valid driver’s license and a criminal record check are required. The employer will cover the relocation costs and provide staff accommodation.
