Job Requirements for Bartender Position

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, including bartending or front-of-house responsibilities
  • A genuine passion for people, coupled with exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong beverage expertise and cocktail preparation skills are essential for the Bartender position.
  • Capacity to function effectively and calmly in high-pressure situations
  • Proficient in team collaboration and communication
  • Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail
  • DM certification (or a willingness to acquire it)
  • Adaptable availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • A legal right to labor in New Zealand is required.

Responsibilities for Bartender Position

Bartender:

  • Prepare and serve various beverages like wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic alternatives.
  • Maintain the sanitation, organization, and stock levels of the bar.
  • Communicate with consumers in a manner that is both friendly and confident.
  • Adhere to safety and licensing regulations
  • Provide assistance with inventory reviews and stock rotation.

Front of House Staff:

  • Greet and seat visitors in a professional manner.
  • Collect orders and expedite the delivery of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that the dining area is kept spotless and manage the turnover of tables.
  • Address customer feedback and guarantee satisfaction.
  • Please assist the team in ensuring that daily operations are conducted efficiently.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide support for inventory and stock control
