They are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Counsellor to join their team at Sony Electronics. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 18.00 to 20.00 hourly (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week

 Responsibilities 

• Handles requests for travel information received by telephone, email, or online 
• Schedules itinerary by identifying, booking, and confirming route, carriers, lodging, and ground services 
• Clarifies travel preferences by determining travel dates, mode of transportation, and destination 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as necessary 

 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate travel environment 
• Excellent Customer Service skills 
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel arranging 
• Strong attention to detail, well organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Knowledge of computer reservation system (Apollo or Galileo preferred) 
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent 
• Must be eligible to work unrestricted in the USA
