Salary: 24.00 hourly for 39 to 45 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Order merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Experience leading and developing a team of sales associates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is preferred but not required.
