Salary: 24.00 hourly for 39 to 45 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Experience leading and developing a team of sales associates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations is preferred but not required.
